This is how it goes: This a 10 minutes AMRAP workout (As Many Rounds As Possible)
-High Plank Slams 10/side alternate x 30 sec
-Alternating Waves V-Sit x30 sec
-Side Slams Russian Twist (or Ukrainian Twist if you prefer) x 30 sec
-High Side Plank Slams Left Side x 30 sec
-High Side Plank Slams Right Side x 30 sec
-Repeat!!!
Warning ⚠️
This is a very hard core workout! So pace yourself and take breaks between sets if needed.

So let’s say you have only 11 minutes to train and you wanna maximize your benefits from your workout.so read in!😎Battle Rope is one of the best tools out there to train an challenge and build your muscles, strength, strength endurance and cardio. (And burn lots of calories). If it’s done right and intense enough, some sources claim that you can burn between 9-13 calories a minute while increasing your metabolism and after burn effect. 🔥 🔥 🔥 There are few ways to incorporate it into your training:1st as a warmup tools (do go too hard)2nd as a finisher- end your workout with it and go as hard as possible3rd for High Intensity Interval Training4th add it to a conventional exercise to make it more challenging and demanding on the body (Ad it to a squat or a plank;)This circuit is the most basic one.. but believe me..it’s a killer 👌👌 Here we go!So lets say you are short on time and only you have 11 minutes to train. Try this circuit.And you can use it as warm up tool if keeping the intensity low or as a finisher in the end of your workout by going all in! These are 4 fundamental battle rope exercises and they are going to be the foundation of a lot of future exercise. You’ll need to do 30 sec on and 15 sec break (if you are brave go for 40 work 20 break;) and repeat The whole circuit 3 times: it should take you around 11 minutes and your should expect to burn aroud 100 cal to 150 cal. -Double Arm Waves-Alternating arms waves-Clapping-Rope Circles Clockwise-Rope Circles Counter Clockwise-Repeat!!
