Crisis averted! Mac & Cheese delivered today before the kids even noticed we were out... Surprised it arrived so fast considering ferries weren't running and major highways were closed yesterday due to the crazy weather.

Only one survived long enough for a photo...

Hubby used the donair seasoning to make stuffed peppers for dinner tonight. Took a little longer than my usual 20-30 min cooking limit but it was well worth it! Will definitely be adding this to our repertoire.

Just used our last package of Mac n Cheese 😞 This is a big planning fail on my part and the first time ever we've run out.

Our new favorite weekday breakfast. Egg bites made in the microwave (2.5 min) or oven (20min). Quick and easy to make and clean up before a school/ work day. Can also freeze a batch and heat it up in the morning.

I change the ingredients up for variety: tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, cheese....

Today I used SPG, Better than Bacon to season.

I'm going to be placing an order in the next couple of days if anyone local wants to share shipping on an order!
