BLACK TUSK RESOURCES INC. PERMITTING TO DRILL UP TO 2,500 METRES MOGOLD and PG HIGHWAY PROJECTS, QUEBEC
August 22, 2022, Vancouver, BC – Black Tusk Resources Inc. (“Black Tusk” or the “Company) (C: TUSK, OTC: BTKRF, FRA: 0NB) is pleased to announce that the company is in the process of obtaining permits to drill on their PG Highway and MoGold projects located north of Val d’Or, Quebec.
On the PG Highway property TMC Geophysique recently completed deep-penetrating Pulse-EM -Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) surveying to cover zones targeted through geologic assessment and rock sampling. The TMC Geophysical report concludes that the newly acquired surface TDEM data identified of a group of strong conductive anomalies in places coincident with areas of rock exposures that contained significant percentages of pyrite and pyrrhotite. The geology along the trend is interpreted to have potential for Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization (see News Release dated 2022-08-07). The zone of interest also displays magnetic features derived from Black Tusk 2021 surveys. The geophysical survey results combined with the geology and rock sampling provide compelling targets for further exploration.
The permit application for the PG Highway project, as submitted by Black Tusk, incudes 6 drill pads with associated access roads. Black Tusk plans up to 2,000 metres of diamond drilling from the permitted drill pads, with VMS targets at proposed depths ranging from 50 to 300 metres below surface (as modelled by the EM survey).
On the MoGold project, the TMC report of findings from the TDEM survey identified six localized anomalies that are roughly grouped around the Boily-Bérubé mineral occurrence (see News Release dated July 12, 2022). This is also the area where Black Tusk exploration obtained rock samples that returned elevated values for silver, copper and zinc. The TDEM features are modelled as relatively shallow-seated bodies/targets. The permit application for the MoGold area includes 4 drill pads to allow up to 500 metres of diamond drilling for testing the relatively shallow targets.
Black Tusk exploration programs undertaken in Quebec are supervised by Dr. Mathieu Piché, OGQ, with office located north of Val d’Or. He is also a Black Tusk company director.

GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY RESULTS
MOGOLD PROJECT, VAL-D’OR, QUEBEC
July 13, 2022, Vancouver, BC – Black Tusk Resources Inc. (“Black Tusk” or the “Company) (C: TUSK, OTC: BTKRF, FRA: 0NB) is pleased to provide a summary of results from geophysical surveying on the MoGold property located north of Val d’Or, Quebec.
On the MoGold property TMC Geophysique completed deep-penetrating Pulse-EM (Time Domain Electromagnetic, TDEM) surveying designed to test a four square kilometre area to cover zones targeted through geologic assessment and rock sampling. Rock samples returned significant values of copper, silver and zinc (See Black Tusk News Release dated 2022-03-07). The geology along the trend is interpreted to have potential for Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization (see News Release dated 2022-03-07). The zone of interest also displays magnetic features derived from the Black Tusk 2021 surveys. TMC Geophysique is currently compiling the EM survey data and expects to soon provide maps and results.
The TMC report of findings from the TDEM survey identifies six localized anomalies that are roughly grouped around the Boily-Bérubé mineral occurrence. This is also the area where Black Tusk exploration obtained rock samples that returned elevated values for silver, copper and zinc. The TDEM were modelled as relatively shallow-seated bodies/targets. Historic drilling is shown to be located near to some of these anomalies and is documented in reports. Black Tusk intends to review the historic drilling to further validate the potential of the conductive bodies discovered by the TDEM. The target mineralization has been interpreted as Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide. These kinds of deposits often form small pods of mineralization loosely linked along a bedrock horizon.
TMC Geophysique has just completed a second Pulse EM survey over Black Tusk’s PG Highway claims where massive pyrite and pyrrhotite have been mapped at surface. The sulphide mineralization was discovered during the 2021 Black Tusk geologic reconnaissance. The strength of sulphide mineralization and the general geology suggest potential for hosting VMS deposition. The results from this TDEM survey are expected to be available in the following week.
Black Tusk is preparing to test the best target areas on the MoGold and PG Highway properties by diamond drilling. The drilling could commence once all of the EM survey results have been reported by TMC, and the Black Tusk geologic team have evaluated all of the exploration work to date to determine priority locations and targets.
Black Tusk exploration programs undertaken in Quebec are supervised by Dr. Mathieu Piché, OGQ, with office located north of Val d’Or. He is also a Black Tusk company director.

DEEP PENETRATING EM SURVEY COMPLETED ON THE PG HIGHWAY
VAL D’OR, QUEBEC
July 11, 2022, Vancouver, BC – Black Tusk Resources Inc. (“Black Tusk” or the “Company) (C: TUSK, OTC: BTKRF, FRA: 0NB) is pleased to announce that the geophysical surveying on the PG Highway property located north of Val d’Or has now been completed.
The deep-penetrating Pulse-EM (Time Domain Electromagnetic) survey was completed by TMC Geophysique and covers an area where historic surface trenching uncovered near-massive to massive pyrite and pyrrhotite. This area was sampled by Black Tusk in 2021 returning several elevated gold results (See Black Tusk news release dated January 11, 2022). Drone supported magnetic surveying completed last year indicates that a magnetic high may be associated with the mineralization, extending for more than 1 kilometre outward from the area of sampling.
The results of the deep-penetrating EM survey on the PG Highway are expected to be available in the following week. Black Tusk is currently studying the results of surveys completed on their adjacent MoGold property, and expect to be drill-testing the best targets so far derived on both the MoGold and PG Highway projects. Permitting for diamond drilling will be completed once the targets are defined.
Black Tusk Quebec-based exploration programs are supervised by Dr. Mathieu Piché, OGQ, with office located north of Val d’Or. He is also a Black Tusk company director.

BLACK TUSK RESOURCES INC. INITIATES AIRBORNE MAGNETOMETER SURVEY On the MOGOLD and PG HIGHWAY PROJECTS, VAL-D’OR, QUEBEC
November 8, 2021, Vancouver, BC – Black Tusk Resources Inc. (“Black Tusk” or the “Company) (C: TUSK, OTC: BTKRF, FSE: 0NB) is pleased to announce that they have contracted Geophysique TMC to fly drone magnetometer surveys over their PG Highway and MoGold projects located north of Val d’Or, Quebec.
Black Tusk’s MoGold gold project and PG Highway PGE project are comprised of adjoining claims covering 2,400 hectares. The magnetometer survey will utilize Vision 4K unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV-drone) technology with a Scintrex Cs-Vl Cesium V***r magnetometer to obtain magnetic data over the a number of target areas on the two properties. The design is for coverage at 50 metre line spacing. The survey is expected to be underway later this week.
As reported in previous Black Tusk news releases, the MoGold claims cover the historic Boily-Bérubé mineral showing. The Boily- Bérubé is described as being located on the western contact of the La Corne batholith. The showing consists of a massive vein of cherty quartz containing fine grains of pyrite, chalcopyrite and molybdenite. The veins trend along the western contact of a quartz porphyry intrusion highly mineralized with very fine-grained pyrite. Historic drilling on the MoGold returned a highest gold value of 0.173 grams per tonne was from drill hole FIE-15-02 from 126.5 to 127 metres downhole depth. Strong correlation of elevated gold with silver, copper and zinc is apparent from these results. Also, bismuth has correlation with elevated gold, silver, and copper. The highest molybdenum value of 5800 ppm occurs in hole F71-1 from 130.14 to 131.06 metres downhole depth. The property is being further explored for Intrusion Related gold mineralization. The TMC magnetometer survey is intended to provide more detail to assist in mapping intrusive rocks that may be related to mineralization.
Previous news releases by Black Tusk describe the PG Highway historic diamond drilling that returned up to 9.6 metres intercepts of near-massive to massive pyrite and pyrrhotite within basaltic rocks. These intercepts were historically sampled for limited elements, primarily tested for gold. The Black Tusk team intends to further evaluate these massive sulphide intercepts for other elements, including Platinum Group Elements (PGE). The TMC magnetometer survey is designed to provide greater detail in the area of potential massive sulphide mineralization
The Black Tusk exploration programs in Quebec are supervised by VD Géo Service based in Val d’Or, including Black Tusk company director Dr. Mathieu Piché, OGQ.
