Our Story

The UBC Marine Drive Residence Association (MDRA) is a student-run organization which represents students living in housing at Marine Drive Residence. It is also a subdivision of the UBC Residence Hall Association (RHA).

Beyond facilitating events in residence, the MDRA is a great place for students living in residence to express their opinions about Marine Drive or about the entire residence system as a whole. Each building has a representative who votes on their residence area's council and this is a great person to talk to if you have any concerns or ideas about residence.
