Our physios will ‘run!’ you through some exercises and specific strategies than you can apply right away!
Hettas will be there offering a test of their runners - made by women for women - taking extra special care for the needs of female anatomy!
And will share her inspiring story as a competitor, mum, and Canadian marathon record breaker 🎉

Sunshine and good times can be a great distraction from pain! When we generally feel better, we’re less sensitive to pain and more relaxed, so it’s common for clients to tell us that their pain or symptoms went away while on vacation. This also makes it easy to take a vacation from rehab because you’re feeling so good!
Unfortunately, the shorter days and getting ‘back to reality’ often bring the return of your symptoms. Can you relate? If so, now’s a great time to reprioritize your self-care.

For most pregnant folks, the idea of navigating the postpartum period is anxiety-inducing, to say the least. So we wrote a blog post on the postpartum healing process after a vaginal birth to give you a sense of what is and is not normal during this important recovery time.
We recommend having your core and pelvic floor checked 6-8 weeks after you give birth. Having said that, you’re welcome to check in any time, even it’s before the 6-8 week mark, if you are experiencing any of these things. There are ways we can support during this time.
