- December sales were up 33.4% from the 10-year average for the month.
- There were 19.3% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,230,200.

NOVEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!
As we near the end of 2021, home buyer demand remains well in excess of long-term averages and the supply of homes for sale continues to decline across Metro Vancouver’s housing market.
Here’s a little breakdown:
- November sales were up 33.6% from the 10-year average for the month.
- There were 35.7% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,211,200.
