Preliminary Design Concepts for a new 4,000 SF Residential Project, located in White Rock, BC.

Concept 1 is warm and monochromatic, Concept 2 is bold and sophisticated.

Both concepts encapsulate the architectural design and structure of the home with details highlighting the grandeur of the spaces throughout.

This 1,480 s.f. Amenity space, situated in a commercial office building in the heart of Vancouver, BC is available to the office tenants of the building. The palette for the space conveys a balance of warm and neutral finishes, with timeless and inviting furnishings. Inspired by the vast amount of natural daylight that highlights the grandeur of the space, Teams can meet and collaborate within the enclosed Boardroom or enjoy the open area space to have a break, relax, or work independently.

Today marked the day of the Grand Opening Celebration of the Legion Veterans Village, a unique multipurpose social infrastructure project led by BC/Yukon Command of the Royal Canadian Legion with Whalley Legion Branch 229, The Province of BC and Lark Group – the first of its kind across Canada.
design.studio had the honour of designing the 7,200 square foot Clinical of Excellence Medical Facility, which includes the Clinic for Medical, Dental, Rehabilitation and PTSD.

It gives me great pride to be part of such a wonderful project, that will continue to contribute to the health and wellness of Veterans, First Responders, and their families.
