This Side of Paradise - 8”X10”. The soothing grays with some vibrant warm tones this time. This piece was chosen by a collector who is originally from Mexico at last year’s Harmony Arts Festival. Had a lovely time connecting with her. 💛

I love the drama that clouds create in any landscape. Too many clouds off course associated with bad weather 😊, the play of clouds with light actually adds interest, contrast, feel to any boring landscape at different times of the day. Enjoying the changing season and the hide & seek of clouds. ⛅️

Magic hour - 48”x48” Acrylics on canvas
It is a challenge to paint within constraints. The collector did not want any pinks or too much purple in the painting. Worked with layers of grays, blues, a bit of purple for the sky. Hope you enjoy it too.
