We have also improved symmetry as the client has a scar tethering down the upper left corner of her lip (right side in picture). Early stages of Facial Optimization. Subtle enhancements to improve contours and facial balance. This client came in originally to ask for cheek filler to “lift” her lower face. She was advised that it would cause a great imbalance in her face, as her cheeks were naturally very full and her lower face is recessed and weak in structure. A new treatment plan was created to improve her appearance.
