What do you do for jet lag?

I recently returned from a trip and was feeling tired and low energy. I drank more water and moved my body and had good nutritious food along with my energy supplement. And voila - feeling so much better!

Our yarn bombing installations are made of hand-crafted pieces created by people supported by DeafBlind Ontario Services, intervenors, friends and family, local knitting clubs, and community members from across the province.
