The best builder in Oakville is Robert Cohen of Markay Homes. He absolutely is hands on and is the most knowledgeable and best organized builder I know. You will not find any garbage anywhere on his sites at the end of the day. Did I mention he is super nice too? On track. wants to fit a shelf in there so we are recessing the floor heating manifold. The .ca XFM manifold had to go LOW. Wasn't easy to connect the PEX but I have faith that the connections are solid. One long day should see this wrapped up.

We lost this job to a lower bidder last year. It couldn't melt the snow IN MARCH! They just threw sand on the tubing then pavers. The melt water from close to the house can't make it to the street and flooded the basement. There is a lawsuit now. We were apologized to and will be redoing it from scratch. I hope the boiler is large enough.
