Try this lovely basil watermelon cooler! 🍉

2 cups finely chopped watermelon
250g strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup (250ml) coconut water, chilled
1 tbsp fresh basil, shredded
750ml chilled sparkling wine
Ice cubes, to serve
Basil leaves, to serve

Process the finely chopped watermelon and thinly-sliced strawberries in a food processor until smooth.

Add the 1 cup (250ml) chilled coconut water, and 1 tbsp shredded fresh basil. Process until well combined.

Place the watermelon mixture in a serving jug and top up with 750ml chilled sparkling wine and Ice cubes and basil leaves, to serve.

Restaurant-quality, but make it quick? This recipe is for you! 🍝

2 large eggs
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Chopped fresh basil and hot cooked pasta

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

Crack eggs into a shallow bowl and beat lightly.

In a second bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

Dip chicken into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.

Place chicken in a single layer on a greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through (thermometer should read 165°). Top chicken with sauce and mozzarella. Cook until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes longer.

If you've opted for basil, sprinkle some chopped basil and extra parm on top of your chicken.

Serve with pasta, if desired.

Welcome spring with this refreshing take on a margarita! 🫐

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
Zest of 1/2 lime

2 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp kosher salt
1 lemon, cut into wedges
8 o. tequila
4 oz triple sec
1 cup lemonade
Ice

Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add blueberries and lime zest and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until blueberries have burst, (approx. 5 minutes).

Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes, then strain mixture into a clean jar. Let cool completely.

On a small plate, stir together sugar and salt. Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in the sugar salt mixture.

Divide tequila, triple sec and lemonade between four glasses. Fill each glass with ice, then top with blueberry syrup. Garnish with a lemon wedge to serve.

Sticky, spicy, and sweet, these wings with hot pepper jelly are a force to be reckoned with! 🌶️

2 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ cup hot pepper jelly
¼ cup chopped cilantro
6 lime wedges

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and roast until golden and tender, about 35 minutes, turning halfway through.

Remove wings from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Transfer wings to a clean medium size bowl and toss with hot pepper jelly and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

St. Patrick’s Day calls for a classic green drink! 🍀 The grasshopper is a classic, refreshing cocktail that’s been a favourite for more than a century.

For the rim:

Grated chocolate, or cocoa powder, or crushed graham crackers

For the drink:

3/4 ounce cream
3/4 ounce white crème de cacao liqueur
3/4 ounce green crème de menthe liqueur

Wet the rim with a quick dip in a shallow dish filled with either liqueur from the recipe. While still holding the glass upside down, roll the rim in a dish of grated chocolate, cocoa powder, or finely crushed graham crackers.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the cream, white crème de cacao, and green crème de menthe. Shake well.

Strain into a prepared cocktail glass. Serve and enjoy.

PRO TIP: Chill the glass before serving!

32 ounces processed cheese (such as Velveeta or Kraft), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 cup Irish stout beer (such as Guinness)

½ cup salsa

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (Optional)

Step 1: Heat cheese in slow cooker on High until melted, about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Stir beer, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper into cheese until smooth and heated through, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes

Serve with pretzels, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies!

125 ml milk of your choice
30 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp flaked chocolate for garnish

For the chocolate rim:
Microwave chocolate until melted

Place in the freezer until ready to serve.

For the mocktail:
Blend the first four ingredients together until combined.

Here’s a game day dip that will please a crowd! 🏈 Keep it warm all afternoon with either our wick fuel or instant hot buffetware!

1 x 227 g package of cream cheese, softened
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
3/4 cup cooked chopped bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 x 500 ml container of sour cream

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Transfer to the baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Dressing:
1/2 cup canola oil
1.4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Salad:
225g salad greens
1/2 cup red cabbage or kale, julienned
1/2 cup Bussels sprouts, shaved
1 cup cooked beets, peeled and diced
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 toasted pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup crumbled feta

​​Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Toss salad greens, kale, and Brussels sprouts with vinaigrette.

Top with beets, nuts, seeds, and sprinkle with feta.
