So what does it look like to move with intention and purpose? For me it means to have a plan. Structure to my day! Booking time in my calendar for the proactive things I want to get done! Not reacting to the schedule of others. Purpose for me is the ability to carry out my plan I have set out. It means affecting change and accomplishing goals! If we do set this intention, stress and struggle takes a back seat and I am in full control of my life’s purpose. I challenge you family and friends to get intentional about life!! Show up prepared, write out your goals. Show up on time. Don’t allow life to dictate your schedule!

I help clients to set their goals, build a personalized plan, choose suitable solutions and track their progress. Of course, I also help my clients adjust their plans as things change.
My first priority is to understand what is important to you so, together, we can achieve your goals. But I also know that it is important to plan for the unexpected. Often clients do not consider how financial needs can quickly become a priority should a critical illness like cancer, heart disease or stroke interfere with, or put an end to your source of income. I can help you understand how this need can arise and what you can do to protect your family. I am passionate about helping my clients get the peace of mind that comes from knowing their family is protected, whatever the future may bring.
I am also a very strong believer in giving back to my community. Some of my activities include being a mentor in the Right of Passage Experience Program (ROPE) which helps teenagers deal with boyhood to manhood transition issues; An active participant in the Friday Focus group which highlights the importance of math and black history for teens and pre-teens. I am also an active member of the Men’s Lions Circle Leadership group. My volunteer work helps me connect with young families, which brings me closer to understanding the needs of my clients.
