The Sales Lead Generator will focus on new business development by expanding our customer base in various regions locally. It is a great entry-level position for candidates with an excellent technical background looking for a position with ample opportunities for advancement working for and being mentored directly by senior executive level management.
Position Overview: Covering all of Toronto via phone, and through internet-based sites, as well as site and office visits, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for targeting, contacting, nurturing and passing on leads to our Project Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop net new sales leads by cold-calling potential customers from lists and self-generated sources
Once proficient in services, participate in presentations and lunch and learns
Work closely with marketing staff on targets and messaging strategies
Attend training sessions on equipment and services provided to strengthen the ability to introduce core services foster the initial relationship with potential customers regular preparation, data entry, updating, tracking and maintenance of details from calls and communication inputted
Experience & Educational Requirements: Post-secondary education in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental program an asset1-2 year of outgoing phone and lead generation experience, or technical sales experience strong computer skills experience on a CRM (Salesforce) a vital asset.Construction Industry experience an asset

The maintenance person will need to have expertise in multiple types of repair, remodeling, renovation and construction.
You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. If you have at least 5-6 years of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team:
General Carpentry - Rough and Finish - framing walls, etc
Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
Kitchen Refresh / Remodel (including cabinet installation)
Painting Interior and Exterior
Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking, missing, sanding,
Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
Flooring Repair and Installation
Maintenance Person, General residential Repairs and

Knowledge of Building Codes
Material Management
