Why is Korean fried chicken so delicious?

Korean fried chicken owes its deliciousness to seasoning ingredients such as green onions, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger and cornstarch. The sauce too plays an important role in adding more flavours to the dish.

Also a kick of side of pickled radish, which is a great palate cleanser and adds a refreshing crunch to the meal.

Korean Fried Chicken is full of flavour and has many sauce options! It also uses the twice fried method of cooking instead of just one fry.
Try it with a side of pickled radish, it compliments the fried chicken so well with it’s sweet and tangy flavour. 🤤🍗
