Hello friends. It's with great sadness that I am announcing Niche has quietly closed its doors. Our little grocerant was a small place, but it had a huge heart. Niche's amazingly talented crew navigated through opening during a pandemic, defining what a grocerant is and making our space lovely, cozy and welcoming. I couldn't have done it with out you. Our team feels so fortunate to have worked with the most amazing local farmers, producers, artisans and customers. We will miss you all so very much. Remember to shop local as much as you can, whenever you can. Visit markets, check out a happy hour, book a staycation, shop independent and keep your dollar here.

Crottin de Chevre. These little nuggets are a delicious goat cheese. As it ages it begins to become more flavorful, providing a nuttier flavor that becomes sweeter when reaching 3 weeks of age. Similarly, as the flavor improves, the texture becomes more dense and creamy.

Ahhhhhhh! There's nothing quite like cutting a giant wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. This cheese is for everyone! Naturally lactose free, this hard cheese adds depth of flavour to pastas, soups, salads and so much more!

Look what we cracked into today! Kaltbach Creamy is enhanced with an extra portion of cream. Since th 1950's these cheeses have been matured natural sandstone caves found in the Santenberg mountains. Rich, creamy, nutty, soft and smooth. 🧀🗻

Our traditional method sparkling wines undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle. By the pricking in our thumbs, something special this way comes! Keep your third eye peeled for our latest vintages in the next year, these will be brewing in the bottle for at least 12 months!
