It may be loud, but we love the sound of the bakers rack being rolled up from the kitchen because it means warm cookies!! 🤤

Once the cookies cool off, we transfer them into our cookie tins for storing until we refill our cookie drawers under the bakery counter! We can’t help ourselves, some times the cookies aren’t pretty enough to sell, so we snack! 🍪

This week we have filled our cookie jars at home with our savoury Cheese Swirls! 🧀

Cheddar cheese is folded into our savoury, flaky pastry then baked to make these tasty cheese cookies! We like them on their own, but have been enjoying them with our charcuterie spreads also!

Every day our bakers make trays and tray of one of our most popular pastries - our Vanilla Slices! 🤤

Made with layers of flaky puff pastry sandwiched together with our home made vanilla custard before being topped with icing and vanilla buttercream! There’s a reason we sell out nearly every day, they are so yummy!

If you love almonds, you must try our Flying Saucer cookies 🛸

We take two think shortbread cookies & sandwich them together with our home made almond paste in the middle, then an almond on top before baking! We usually have a large cookie jar filled with them on our bakery counter!

We realized lately that many people out there think that we have closed… let us clear things up, WE ARE OPEN!

These seasonal treats only come around once a year! Our almond paste filled tarts are topped with vanilla buttercream and a layer of orange fondant & decorated with a chocolate face! Only available Tuesday - Thursday for Halloween!

Sunday morning called for an extra sweet breakfast - our Apple Slice! 🍎

It’s our version of an apple strudel! Made using our home made almond paste, apples, and raisins, we like it warmed up with some whipping cream!

We make all sorts of different kinds of shortbread cookies - if you haven’t checked out our bakery counter you are seriously missing out! 🍪

If you love traditional shortbread & want to try something different, try our Dutch Shortbread! It’s a whipped shortbread that is crumbly & buttery. We love dipping it in our mug of coffee!
