Introducing 'Theodora' from Gut Oggau. A lighter style Austrian orange wine using a gorgeous blend of Gruner Veltliner & Welschriesling grapes. Well structured, incredibly smooth and delightful on the palate, this is one of our new favourite bottles we are offering.

It is with bittersweet emotions that we are announcing that our dear Bron is hanging up the apron to focus on other creative endeavours.
Bron started out as one of our favourite regulars and then hopped across the bar and became a driving force creatively behind our cocktail program. For almost 4 years we have been so incredibly lucky to have had Bron here to help build and shape this program into what it is today. Bron is both one of the most hospitable people we have ever worked with and one of the most talented.
Bron you’ve left your mark on this place forever, and we don’t just mean the sticky mess that seems to follow you everywhere you go. Your creativity seems limitless and your influence will be felt here for years to come. You’ve left your sticky little fingerprints on all of our hearts.
If you’re in the mood for one last perfect 2:1 martini from Bron you’ve got tonight and tomorrow to say your goodbyes. Maybe Bron will even tell you about a secret Instagram, if you’re lucky.
