We're looking for a Store Manager to join our leadership team in Victoria! The Store Manager is the leader and face of our store! We're looking for someone to be present in the day-to-day aspects of the business, both leading by example and developing their team. A positive attitude and a leadership mindset are a must.

As the Store Manager your maintain the shop as a hub for environmental activism, bring the stoke for our core sports, and show up enthusiastically to assist and inspire our customers and community. You will spend significant time on the sales floor and ensure that our customer-service experience is best-in-class: consistent, authentic, engaging and aligned with the core values of the Patagonia brand.

Lace up your running shoes and gear up for a chance to win a complete Patagonia Running Kit!
How to take part? Simply prepare your running essentials and set out to conquer your favourite summit on Vancouver Island. Once you reach the top, capture a photo of yourself, tag , and include the hashtag

The challenge kicks off on May 11th and runs through May 25th. After sorting through all the tagged photos, we'll randomly select a lucky winner. Keep an eye out for the announcement on social media—we'll reveal the winner and reach out directly on May 27th.
