Did you know?
When I created my deserts almost 10 years ago I choose compostable cups and lids but this is about to change.
Shell I use plastic or paper cups?

Starting July 15, 2024, prohibited items include compostable clear cups.

In spite of the rain today, we were at Sun Wings farm for sampling Crazy Desserts .Availabe now at Sun Wings.
We'll be there next Saturday at 9am, come have a taste or buy the best greens in town.

Spring 🌿🌷🪻 is coming with a new crazy dessert: Lemon🍋Lemon . Someone challenged me and voila.
I've tried to take a good picture to show it, but in the process.... I ate it. It's so good.
This week flavours are: Strawberry with a pinch of cardamom and the new Lemon - Lemon.
Enjoy. You can find them only at Lifestyle Markets on Douglas, the best store in town.

You need:
🌱1/4 cup basil syrup
🍋1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
🌊1 cup your favourite fizzy water

Double Chocolate Brownie Recipe

🍫For the Brownies:
🍀Mix in a bowl: 2 Tbsp flax meal, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup raw sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2TBsp vegetable oil. Set aside.
🌼Take one cup of walnut and grind them in a food processor. Don't over process.
🔥Preheat oven to 325 F.
🌷Mix in a second bowl: 1 cup almond flour, grounded walnuts, 1/2 cup cacao, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt.
🌸Mixed everything together and divide in 12 muffin tray.
🏵️Bake 30-35 minutes or until baked.
I like them well done.

🍫🍫For the chocolate ganache:
150g dark chocolate, I use Lindt dark chocolate
1/4 cup almond milk.

Melt the chocolate, add the almond milk and mix well. Top the already baked and cooled down brownies.
