Many people are still curious about HIIT - so here are the answers to the 3 most-asked questions about HIIT training.
Q: How is HIIT different than other workouts?
A: HIIT incorporates intervals of high-intensity movements to boost the heart rate followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements. This pattern helps you maximize each minute of your workout, making it incredibly time-efficient.
Plus, there’s little to no equipment, so it’s accessible!
Q: Can you modify HIIT workouts?
A: The great thing about HIIT is that it’s totally modifiable.
HIIT is suitable for all levels of fitness, and as you build stamina, you can increase your reps or weights.
Q: How often should I be doing HIIT workouts?
A: HIIT is a high-intensity workout, which means your body will need to recover before your next sesh.
We recommend two to three HIIT-style workouts per week, with at least one rest day in between. Remember, fitness is personal, and balance is key.
