♥️Elders have been invited to attend the ceremonial send off to offer their support to Krista and her team, and give them strength to complete their journey.

♥️The team at Northwest Origins joins the many who stand in support of Krista, her team and all those who stand for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and their families.

We had the extraordinary honour of listening to and learning from Hereditary Chief David Mungo Knox (Kwakwaka'wakw/Kwakuitl First Nation) at the Martin Mungo House today. Learning about indigenous history and culture, and understanding the perspectives of the artists whose work we showcase, as well as the wonderful staff we work with, is so important. The process of reconciliation begins with listening, learning, and hearing the voices of our indigenous community members. We feel blessed.🧡🙏🏻

💫 As we wake today to a light dusting of snow and crisp, westcoast air, we are reminded of how lucky we are. We continue to be grateful for the privilege of being guests on these traditional, unceded lands we call home. Despite yet another challenging year, we’ve had many bright moments.
