KITCHEN HACK
Combine 2 tbsp Toasted Onion with 2 tbsp chopped sundried
tomatoes and 1 cup olive oil in a Cruet to create an infused
oil. Let stand for at least 12 hours, for flavours to mix

Toasted Onion No peeling, dicing, or crying! Add to any dish that calls for the sweet, toasted taste of onions. 1 tsp (5 ml) = ¼ onion.
