Heading out to Calgary to meet and mingle with the Canadian Massage Therapy conference hosted by my favourite massage table making company Cardon.
So grateful for the invite by Cardon to attend this amazing event.

Couldn’t have done this without the true unconditional love and support of Grammy and Papa ❤️ There for us every step of the way - driving to all the boys sports, school events, work stuff, doctor’s appointments, school meetings, music concerts, and anything else where I couldn’t be while working and raising these dudes! Thank you for being my boys rocks and mentors and offering your unconditional love and support throughout all of these years. Grammy is actually pretty famous amongst the friends 💛🌞🙏🌟

I am beyond proud of my twin dudes, Kai and Finn, who were born at 2lbs each and beat the odds every year of their life. It’s been quite the epic journey and I am grateful for the incredible ongoing support of their teachers, school administrators, EA’s, friends and family. Thank you Lambrick for being such a wonderful environment for our children to flourish. These guys are ready for the next adventure ahead of them and so am I 😊🙏🌞

So excited and inspired to develop my training in Myofascial Release Therapy to another level 🌟I have begun my 2 year journey in Biodynamic Fascial Integration.

I just spent the last 4 days in Vancouver, BC completing the first module in Cranio-Fascial Therapy certification.

Next module in June I am super thrilled to be learning more about Visceral Therapy. We will be heading to the lab to study cadavers. This has been on my bucket list!!! 🧠🤟🏻😎 Laurie Lunden
