Team placement week starts TODAY 💖

Make the most of your team placement sessions with these tips and reminders:

⭐️ STRETCH & PRACTICE BEFOREHAND
Do some pre-placement stretching, and practice what you learned after the first session at home so you come in looking extra sharp on the second day!

⭐️TRY NEW THINGS
Don’t be afraid to embrace change, whether it be working with new people, trying a different stunting position, or doing new drills for your tumbling.

⭐️BE COACHABLE
Absorb all the tips and tricks the coaches give like a sponge! They are there to help you shine your brightest. Showing that you can apply corrections is an amazing quality!

⭐️TRUST THE PROCESS
Team placements are about new beginnings. Don’t spend the week stressing about which team you will be placed on. Have faith that you’re going to have an amazing season, no matter what!

⭐️HAVE FUN
Get excited, be positive and do your best! You are all superstars and we can’t wait to see what the universe has in store for us in season six!
