TOOTH SENSITIVITY‼️‼️

Tooth sensitivity is very common and very
uncomfortable!

Are you experiencing it? Here are some tips:
- Visit your dentist for a dental check, it could be a cavity or a bigger dental issue.
- Start to use a desensitizing toothpaste.
- Ask about a gum graft. A great option if the cause of it is gum recession.
- Don’t brush too hard and make the switch to a soft bristle toothbrush.
- Avoid acidic foods and drinks

Ever wondered why we need to take x-rays often?

Here’s 5 main reasons why!

1. Look for decay between the teeth. Sometimes decay isn’t visible to the naked eye 👁

2. Check for Bone loss.

3. Check if there is decay under previous fillings. X-rays are the only way to see if this occurs.

4. Look for infection near root of the tooth. Shows infection deeper into the tooth, near the bone. 🦴

5. Examine the area before procedures. Allows doctors to get a fuller view of the work area. 🦷
