We love our @beaconsbuddieskidsclub art kids and they have had a last creating these pennants throughout the week for the @vernonperformingarts #northokanaganchildrensfestival May 25! The kids learned so many different media’s but with a focus on acrylic paints learning gradients, textures, depth, shadows and highlights as well as colour mixing. Ages 5-12 and instructor ♥️ love the different choices picked by the students of what they loved to do to share happiness and joy to others!
EB had an egg-citing time at the @gra_westkelowna Easter Egg Hunt practicing for our Easter Eggstravaganza tomorrow March 31 from 10-4. He made lots of new friends and represented @beaconsfurryfundation almost as good as our very own @beaconthebeaver who is MIA at the moment! We are so happy at our store to stuff over 100 of our plush right on site so you see what’s going inside your bff ♥️ this girl came into our BFF Hospital for added stuffing. Gloves and mask quickly came on as Sookie determined to be over 44 years old but a beloved dog and we needed to help her. First we had to get the horrible foam from inside her that reminded us of crushed captain crunch! Stay tuned for more footage of Sookies stay and visit to the bear spa! She will be a lot of work but like new when done ♥️
