Bill Hockley is the founder of Hock Shop Inc. – which began operations in Barrie ON in 1981 (ironically the same year Peter Cody launched his auction business here in Kelowna 1981). Bill Hockley sold his 25 store chain of pawnshops in Ontario to his younger brother Jeff in 2005.
