Poinsettia Christmas Card Class with Brenda

Come create some beautiful Christmas cards to be mailed to family and friends this holiday season. These 3 cards all use the Poinsettia theme in different ways. Each design uses different techniques, all of these methods are transferable to other card themes.

All cards are A6 in size and come with envelopes for mailing along with any mats and all die cuts.

First card is a clean and simple style, if you wish to use other colours please bring them with you. This card uses Distress Tumbled Glass and Salvaged Patina.

Second card is a traditional colour scheme using red, white and silver with an overall die cut pattern laid out on the mat.

Third card is a contemporary style using black, gold and white with splatter and heat embossing.

The vision for these classes is to give you inspiration and help jump start your Christmas Card creating. All techniques being taught are universal and can be applied to assorted styles.

Classes are taught on Wednesday mornings -10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Grab a friend and come and spend Wednesday mornings with us through the summer!

First 4 class techniques in July are
• Embossing Folders - July 3 - see attached picture for reference
• Glitz & Glam - July 10
• Stencils - July 17
• Heat Embossing - July 24

Next 4 class techniques in August will be
• Small Stamps - August 7
• Inking - August 14
• Spray Techniques - August 21
• Gel Plate & Alcohol Ink - August 28

Minimum supplies required by each crafter, as most items will be supplied.

White Pigment Ink (sample uses Hero Arts – I have one to share)
Oxide Lumber Jack Plaid
Alcohol Ink Markers (sample used Spectrum Noir, assorted colours – I have several to share)
Oxide Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade and Salvaged Patina (I have one of each colour to share)

Great news! Our Spellbinder's Scout die-cutting machines have shipped and are on their way to Memories and More. I have had the opportunity to use mine for a week now and let me tell you - it is a great little machine!
