It’s time to plant your bulbs!

We have Tulips, Daffodils and Hyacinths in a variety of beautiful colours to make your garden POP next spring!

And for all the veggie gardeners out there we also have Russian Purple Garlic in stock (but not much left).

Winter is soon approaching so remember to plant your bulbs before the snow start to fall.

Unfortunately we are closed Sundays but we will be open Monday-Saturday next week. Make sure to check google for our hours as they may vary due to the rainy weather.

Did you know that October is the best time to trees?

The reason for this is because the combination of warm soil from summer and cooler air stimulates root growth.

Also, the snow provides moisture and insulation for the roots so no need to worry about roots getting too dry as you would during the spring/summer.

Here at the Garden Shop we have a beautiful selection of trees for your yard. If you are planning some home landscaping then come on over and check them out!

Mums are a must have plant to have in your garden or home for fall.

They prefer bright and sunny locations and will do fine in cooler weather.

Asters, decorative cabbages and Kales will also help bring a bright feel to your garden or planters and will gradually adjust to cooler temperatures so you have some colour during these cooler, gloomy fall days.

Many of our perennials are in full bloom right now, so if you’re wanting to add some colour your garden now is the time to pick which colours you want.

Perennials come back every year and the Garden Shop stocks only plants that are hardy to Whistler so you can expect these plants to come back every year (if watered and maintained properly).

Feel free to talk to our friendly Garden Shop team as they are quite knowledgeable about the plants and trees we carry.

Spring flower bulbs are in!! We've got a great colour selection as well as some new items that just arrived this week from Holland!! Feature items are the "Feed the pollinator" packs for $22.50 and garlic packages for $5.99!!! We've kept the prices low to help you help our spring insect communities and to ensure everyone gets the chance for some spring joy in 2024!!!
Don't forget these guys have to be planted in fall during a wetter week before the ground freezes!
