Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble Gelato
- Assist in the creation of new flavors and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Ice cream delivery around Whistler

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
- Valid BC Driver’s license

As the kitchen manager, you're in charge of running production in the kitchen, keeping inventory levels full based on necessity, ordering all the ingredients necessary to make gelato, hiring kitchen staff, scheduling, communicating with managers, dealing with clients, invoicing, among other duties.

It requires an organized person and the capacity to multitask.

Kitchen experience is a must - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of kitchen work experience

Manager experience is considered an asset.

This job is full time in the summer (40+ hours weekly) and part-time in the winter (25+ weekly)

$23 hr
