We offer shorin ryu karate under Eihachi Ota Hanshi of Las Angelas California. We also offer kobudo using bo, sai, tonfa, nunchaku and tuifa as well as knife defenses. Your first two classes are free.

We have spots open for 4 and 5 year-olds. Fees are $73.45 per month plus $32.00 per year. It is a month-to-month membership until they are 6. There are two free classes. 4 to 5 year old classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm to 5:40 pm. Just show up 5 minutes early to sign the waiver.

Due to the inclement weather expected at the early classes, the 5:00 pm and 5:45 pm classes are canceled tonight. The later classes are still on as the bad weather is expected to pass by then.

Shushi No Kun kata. Posture could be better. Take this as a guide to the pattern . Note that after all three strikes to the front after the coming across block you pull the bo back. I only did it after the last two. I will practice more and refilm in a few months.
