I am going to close this page. I had a great 3 weeks and lost 8 pounds, tummy and face flatter and skin better, not totally gone but way better.
I am juicing till almost dinner each day which keeps me full but not over stuffed and cuts my snacking habits cravings a lot.
Spring and summer will be great to juice and eat great salads and veg and dip. Could live on that with some chippies sometimes, treats and cooked dinners sometimes or Buhhda bowls. Take care and happy weekend.

Luved my juice wter juice days. Easuer for me then with a meal. Ince I start to eat I want to eat more. If all luquids i make and have tons more time and energy. The water day was easy wuth the 10 day intro. I am not following all the meals perfectky but doing juice every korning and sometimes till 3om. Then have a salad, veg and dip etc. Today I am babysitting for 9 hrs so the bots are playing at a new park, i'm drinking veggie juice!! Carrots, celery, peppers and watermellon. Never got so unto juicing but really enjoying less cooking time abd more easy healthy digestable juices. Enjoy the beautiful day!!!

Feeling great on day 10!!! So glad I started this again. So much energy and not tempted to eat at all. Lotsa huge changes over these next few liquid days. Losing weight and feeling great! Good luck to everyone on their journey. Oj banana and ice before bed. Didn't have raspberries.

So today was watermelon juice all morning then a huge salad at 2:20pm. I am good at waiting till early afternoon to eat my 1st meal but then I really wanna eat!! Cheated a bit today preparing for 3 days all liquid! Will stop eating earlier then I normally do as well which gives me tons of hours fast each day between dinner and late lunch. Hope you are all doing a bit of the cleanse.

I will do watermellon juice every morning till end. Cheated todsy on a few veg hotdog weiners. Next 9 days are all liquid or just 1 meal most days at lunch with breakfast and dinner being liquids. This week we will see huge changes in our physical and mental well being.

Ate all my raw leftovers mixed together for my meals yesterfay. I am not sure if anyone is following this still. If you are and want the grocery list for week 2 let me know. If not I am not going to share. Too busy today. My sister leaves tomorrow. Also not sure if anyone is doing this right now. If you want to do it in the future let me know.

I am going to do watermelon juice every mornibg for ultimate cleansing and easier grocery shopping and less hassle. Great for parasite cleanse as well.

Huge cooking day for me. My sister is visiting so I made some coojed foods and cupcakes and lotsa raw foods too. Making green juice with all my scraps in the mornings instead of fruit juice.

I weighed my self todsy. I LOST 5 pounds already, tons of energy and motivstion to do stuff. Put some selves up for all my oils and vinegar.

Today's strawberry orange banana juice and a huge salad for lunch wuth almonds and sunflower seeds soaking. Will drain, chop and add right before eating. My sister comes today for a few days to say good bye to our mom. Spending most of the day cleaning and getting ready so made ny salad early. Dressing ready in the fridge too. Have a good day. Suoer sunny here which is a nice surprize from all these rainy cool days.

Last night's apple pie. A totally different type of taste. Easy to make but added a bit of water to bkend the filling so a bit mushy but good after in the fridge for a bit.

Today is oj banana strawberrie smoothy. Then Penny's pate which I sub a huge salad wuth dates and sun flower seeds, then dinner is zuccinigetti which is great. Just got a new spiralizer!!

Already feeling my belly shrink and way less bloated. Only day 2. It really doesn't take long for our bodies to get healthy when we eat nutritious meals and not over eat. After 21 days I will feel fab and look more like myself.

My awesome electric juicer and my lunch! I used a whole avocado and whole tomato cuz both on the small side. Left over half a lemon and choped onions for tinights gauc.

Here is my face right after the shower. So red and inflammed. I am really hoping this raw detox will help. I think processed carbs, bread, etc and sugar!! Stopping the wine has done nothing for my face or weight but have been eating way more bread and eating when not hungry and all that s**t is not great for my acne rosecea. It only started at 39 when I stopped a life time of birth cobtrol pills and had clear healthy skin till then. I'm 45 (46 in less then a month, a few days after the clease finishes) 5'-1" and 130 my highest weight since being pregnant ever and my tummy and muffin top is out if control, haha!! Taken care of my sick mama and being a single mom has put me last on the priority list!! No more!!! Time for some self luv, self care and me time!!! Will post some body pix when I get the guts to take some, haha! Here is to happy, healthy, fit, strong, confident ladies!!

Here is the 1st week's recipes again hopefully clearer. I so miss my laptop!! Anyway ladies we can all support each other here. I recommend weighing yourself every Sun only. So tonight or tomorrow morning. Then once a week till April 29th!
