This set went out to a dear friend of mine. We haven’t seen each other in over 10 years; yet, when I started up this business she has been one of my biggest supporters. She likes & shares so many of my posts & I don’t think she realizes how much it actually means to me 🙈
Little Anastasija is lucky to have such a wonderful woman as her mom; and her Yaya & Tata are lucky to have such a beautiful little girl in their lives 💕

Time to get real🙌🏼 *long post ahead*
I started this business in February of last year as a way to keep busy while at home with our 2 daughters, who were 2.5 and 4 months old at the time. Covid had the world living from their basements & people going stir-crazy (myself included). I found joy in being creative, it gave me some “me-time” when fulfilling orders, & I felt a sense of accomplishment with each package that went out.
Fast-forward to September & the world began opening up. Just like everyone else, I was (more than) eager to get back to some form of normalcy, & I felt the need to “make up for lost time” that I felt my kids had missed out on in the world of toddlerhood. So, naturally, I signed them up for everything under the sun 😂🙃
Swimming, gymnastics, dance, & skating. Each and every week, x2 kids. I became busier than I expected, & had to put my business on the back-burner (no regrets, my kids will always come first💗). But, that has meant no new designs & missing some great opportunities along the way.
Along with the craziness of raising 2 toddlers (now 3 & 1.5), we’re also in the midst of planning our wedding (come on Summer! 🤍) & all the fun that goes along with it.
All that being said, I am still here. I still get a sense of inexplainable joy when an order comes through. And I still really do hope to grow this business (maybe just at a slower pace than I originally thought😌). But that’s ok. I’m giving myself some grace, & reminding myself each day what my #1 priority is. And that’s these girls right here & this man right here.
So, here’s to pushing through, finding calm within the chaos, & soaking in each & every moment with these favourite people of mine ❤️
