Well our travel plans changed so instead of sitting around this weekend we decided to start our Downtown Windsor Farmer’s Market adventure a week sooner than expected.

We had so much fun bringing our branding from something more than the bows, to fully seeing it come alive in our setup.

With that being said, we will be back next Saturday from 8am-1pm as well as August 21 and August 28th!

July 28, 2014 was a day that forever changed my life. I lost my first best friend, my shoulder to cry on, my rock - my grandma. I know they say time heals everything and I suppose that’s true because the pain I feel today is a lot less than the pain I felt on that day. My babies have their own personal guardian watching over them each and every day, but I truly wish she got to meet them 🥺💛

As you may have noticed my bright yellow bow Is named “Laurie” after her as it was her absolute favourite colour. Now today, I’m proud to be launching another bow named after her to commemorate the love and kindness she always showed. I present to you “Laurie’s Garden” that is now live on our site 💛

Hi everyone !! I have some EXCITING news! I am going home for the long weekend, and with that being said I am super excited to offer free local pickup in Sault Ste. Marie!

Orders must be placed by Friday at 4pm to ensure they will be done by the time of leaving, and pickup will be between Saturday around dinner until Monday morning ! I will also be offering local delivery for a small fee while I am there.

To take advantage of this select local pickup when you place your order and put in the notes section “Sault Ste Marie”, and for local delivery please select letter mail untracked as it will ask for delivery address and have the same cost !

We are switching up our neutral aesthetic today for a very important post today.

We cannot undo the awful actions done towards those forced into Residential Schools and their families, but we will be sure to spread awareness, encourage the education of Residential Schools and to remind the world that Every Child Matters. 🧡

For those who do not know, my background on my fathers side is Indigenous. I am ashamed to say I’m no where near as educated on the history of my heritage as I could be, BUT I am actively learning and educating myself (as I encourage everyone to do). I grew up with no knowledge of this part of me - in fact, I did not meet my loving father, second mama and 6 beautiful sisters until the day after my 18th birthday. I have few regrets in my life, but not meeting them sooner or learning about my heritage earlier are two of the largest I do have.

With that being said, I am proud to say that I have created a bow in honour of all of children forced into Residential Schools. For each and every of our orange bows sold we will be donating 100% of the profits to The Orange Shirt Society to bring awareness to the concept of “Every Child Matters”

I saw a tiktok the other day and the sound really resonated with me. It was along the lines of why do you put so much effort into your packaging when Amazon just throws it in a box. And the truth is when I started this business it was more than just the bows. It was creating a bond with my customers, to show them how much their support means to me. I had an image in my mind for my whole brand, and that included the extra touches like our signature Kraft paper and white look for EVERYTHING and the hand lettered names. My brand is my baby and I love my customers. Truthfully, I enjoy putting all the extra time and love into my packaging ✨

For those who know me, you know how much of a sucker I am for Starbucks and iced coffees, so much so that I had no choice but to name my first launch of solids after some tasty treats and drinks 🍩☕️🫖

I’m so excited to release the SEVEN new bows this SATURDAY. Each of these bows have beautiful neutral and pink tones, even cuter names and some pretty cheesy puns on the site.

Hello everyone ! And welcome to Little Lena’s BOWtique. I’d like to take this time to introduce you to the company and the products we will be selling .

We will be offering handmade fabric bows in several sizes and a variety of solids (and eventually patterns) to suit your needs! The bow on our lovely little Lena is an example of the bows we will be offering and they will have the option to come on a nylon like hers as well as a clip 🎀

I’m in the process of ordering the fabrics to use, so if you have any suggestions on colours or patterns you’d like to see stocked comment down below and let me know ! ⬇️

I’m hoping to have the official launch mid June, but this is dependent on when the fabric arrives. Porch pickup in Windsor will be free of charge, while local delivery can be arranged for a small fee, and shipping will be available as well for those who are not local!

I’m so excited to start this small business and share our love of bows with the world🥰
