Meet the founder!
Suvo Das has loved baking ever since he was 6 years old. He loved to go berry picking with his family, and used those berries to make a new kind of pastry every week.
After pursuing a business degree from the Odette School of Business and getting a diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts from Algonquin College, he decided to combine his love for berries and baking and his education in commerce to start his own bakery.
With his new bakery, Suvo hopes to satisfy anyone looking for a sweet treat in Windsor, especially those who are looking to try healthier options. He also hopes to give back to the community as much as he can. He already commits to donating a portion of the company's yearly earnings to the hungry and homeless once the business has been profitable for one year.

Welcome to our page! Our business is not yet open, but we do plan to open our doors on January 1st, 2021. Things such as hours of operation, our website (currently in development) and our soon-to-be posted menu will be subject to change. Plenty of updates will be coming, so please stay tuned.
