Eid Prayer change!

Al-Hijra will offer ONE Eid prayer at 7:30am with Takbir starting at 7:00am inshallah. Please bring a prayer mat as the prayer will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and plan to depart by 8:45am due to neighbouring events.

Therefore, Eīd al-Adhā for this year will be on Sunday, June 16th.

The Windsor Muslim Community (WMC), in collaboration with Sheikh Abdullah Hammoud Imam of Alhijra Mosque and the Miftah Institute, is thrilled to announce its inaugural seminar: “From Darkness to Light.” Inspired by Surah Ad-Duha, this compelling theme was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ during a period of distress. Surah Ad-Duha is a profound reminder of Allah’s ever-present guidance and mercy, even amidst our darkest moments.

We invite everyone—friends, family, and community members—to attend this enlightening seminar. Let us come together to delve into the profound teachings of Surah Ad-Duha and gain valuable insights from M***i Abdul Rahman Waheed.

The Imams Council of Windsor has confirmed that Eid-al-Fitr will be Wednesday, April 10 inshallah.

Al-Hijra will offer Eid Prayers at 8:00am and 10:00am.

The volunteers team for this event is excited for the return of the annual Share the Spirit of Ramadan Food Drive! This will be 19th year insha’Allah.

This year's goal is to collect $17,000 to 17 food banks across Windsor
($1000 per charity).

There will also be treats, balloons, and face painting for the kids. Help us reach our goal!
