Finished painting the livingroom this weekend. And I’m officially done painting our main floor. 🙌 (except the office but that can wait)

Painting had gone very smoothly over the last few weekends…….until this weekend when my very full paint tray fell from the top of my step ladder onto the livingroom floor…..and splattered everywhere. A good thing my fabrics were covered with plastic so nothing was permanently damaged, but what a mess to clean up…… all over the window, wall, baseboards, floor, my feet…..the heat vent…..Dripping from the ladder….. just everywhere 😩 probably about $45 worth of paint wasted as there was close to half a can in there.

It was a moment of deciding whether I should sit there and cry, or if I should get in high gear and start cleaning. …… I got in high gear but I was definitely crying inside.

Happy to report that I got it all cleaned up and I don’t think anyone would be able to tell there was ever a spill. So many crevices in such a small corner of the living room. 🤪

Space is refreshed going from Brown’s to grey tones. ….. now I need new furniture (just kidding Rodney) 🤣

Someone got a haircut and a new bow today. He is just not wanting to pose for the picture though lol
