Milena was born in Columbia and moved to Winnipeg with her husband! She had a degree in mechanical engineering in Columbia, but wasn't able to transfer those credentials into Canada, so in the mean time she started working jobs that weren't related at all to her education.

Luckily she found a great boss with Royal Mechanical who has given her the opportunity to learn everyday.

"I think I am the luckiest person. I will have the chance to work first and then attend school, which is going to be great because I will be able to compare what is on the field and what is in theory."
