There’s a story behind this one! My husband spent weeks convincing me that we should check out the Winnipeg store “Krazy Binz.” I just wasn’t very interested. However, one day we had some extra time on our hands so, to Krazy Binz we went!
Not only did I find a ton of “handmade” stickers and “Thank-you” cards, perfect for including in my macrame packaging… but I also found this random piece of round wood. I knew it WOOD (I’m a sucker for puns🤭) be perfect for a welcome sign and …. Voila! ✨

Now it got me thinking…. would there be interest in signs like these if I made them to sell?🤔 Let me know in the comments!

When I was a kid, my favourite part was getting my mom to help me make my costume! I even won some costume contests back in the day! This year I am excited to hand out candy and attend a Halloween themed wedding social!

✨AVAILABLE✨ This coffee table flip was such a challenge yet so much fun! I’m so glad I was able to snag this table before it ended up in the dump. This is a great reminder to evaluate the quality of the furniture and not just the colour because colour can always be changed! It was difficult to get the orange tones out but not impossible! This table is so sturdy and the quality of the wood is impressive.

Yes, I’m still on a hiatus from taking macrame orders…. but I had a little spare time to try out a new pattern!

This macrame bottle holder is perfect for going hands free on walks and can also be worn cross-body.

I’ll be taking orders for these in the near future! I’m thinking of creating an adjustable strap option as well.

Don’t get me wrong… I much prefer real plants for so many reasons. However, this bathroom doesn’t have a window, so fake plants will have to do! 🤷🏻‍♀️

This shelf was repurposed from my old bedroom at my parents house. However, the wood wasn’t the exact tone that I wanted. So, I mixed 2 different stains I had on hand and here we are…I’m so happy with it now! ✨

Hello new main floor bathroom!🤩

Last summer, when my fiancé and I bought our house, we knew that the bathroom was the first thing we wanted to upgrade. Luckily with the help of my dad and uncle, we were able to do this ourselves for a very reasonable price. I learned a lot along the way!

I think this is the largest and most detailed macrame wall hanging I’ve made so far!

Usually I rely on Pinterest for design inspo. However, I am proud to say for this beauty, I just let my creativity take me wherever it wanted to! ✨

This hanger was made to raffle off at our Wedding Social, which I am SO excited about!

Don’t worry though! Once all this wedding planning craziness is over, I’ll be back to taking custom orders for large hangers again 🤍

One of my favourite ways to de-stress is by going to the thrift store. There’s one at the end of my street, so convenient! Can you spot the styling books I found? 📖

Tip: Find a hardcover book and remove the “jacket.” Underneath you’ll often find that the book is more crisp and clean. Find colours that you love and … voilà!✨

Also, yesterday I came home to a very sad, drooping plant. The plant next to the books looked like it was beyond saving! I thought maybe it was not getting enough sun, or it was getting a cold draft from the door… but I gave it some water and it came back to life overnight! Easiest solution ever… don’t forget to water 😅💦🪴

I contemplated keeping the original rattan the way that it was… but I decided to cover up the imperfections (I think I have some regrets 🥺) Either way, this makeover gives the accent table a fresh look. I am swooning over the drawer facing… I just looooove that wood grain 😍
