*Fun Fact 101*
Ever wonder why when you bang your knee, your first instinct is to rub it to feel better? That's because the "touch" sensation is stronger than the "pain" sensation. When sensing either, signals are sent to the spinal cord/brain which then tells you, what you are feeling. There's more touch signals and they are faster than those for pain. Imagine these signals running down a long hall to see who gets to the elevator first to travel up to the brain. The touch signals will flood that elevator first and essentially override that feeling of pain.
The Business Cards are in!!! I think they turned out great :)

*UPDATE*
I had to make the difficult decision to switch massage locations. Covid really affected the number of clients coming through the door at Norwood Chiropractic which was so unfortunate because it was such a nice space.
I have signed on with Massage Addict in St. Vital across from the mall and so far I'm really impressed. They have a ton of precautions in place when it comes to Covid which I'm much more comfortable with, it's a great environment, and clients seem to be lining up at the door and we're happy to help :)
Let's clean out those cupboards :)

Pec Stretch: helps with neck, shoulder, upper back and arm pain. Also helps with posture. A tight pec can compress nerves creating numbness, tingling and pain down your arm.
The post massage look when you return back to work and there's no hiding where you've just been :)
