Well it took a little while longer (thanks Covid!) but I’m saying bye to Osborne Village! It’s been a blast. I feel like I grew up here, spending 16 years of my career here. Time to start my next chapter. If I haven’t gotten in touch with you yet please do reach out, but I promise I’m slowly checking all the things off my list! ✨

Hello Friends 👋🏻 I cannot wait until things get back to “normal” and that seems to be right around the corner 🤞🏻. However, with the changes in health orders beginning Saturday for the province, I just wanted to clarify that mask/Covid screening protocols for the office will remain unchanged. You will STILL be required to wear a mask to the office, do the self screening survey and sanitize your hands upon entry ☺️. I thank you for understanding and being kind!

The newest changes to health orders allows us to gather in your homes for infant massage classes 🎉 So if you and a friend (or 2) had babies around the same time and would like to learn how to massage your babies in person together, check out the details on my website (link in profile) or shoot me a message to chat about it! (I’m currently booking September sessions so it’s never too early to secure a spot!)

Hoping you’re all enjoying your hot summer so far! Just wanted to hop on quickly to let you know my summer months are fully booked up (there might be one or two random openings in late August remaining), if you’d like to start booking fall appointments I will open up more availability next month! Forever grateful for you all! ☀️

Providing touch therapy to your little one doesn’t have to be complicated. Start off simple with a little hand or foot massage. Barely 30 seconds of touch will trigger oxytocin production, both in your baby and you. Oxytocin is our love and cuddle hormone, so it can help so much with the bonding process (and milk production!!) . Not only will a little massage daily strengthen communication between you and baby but it also enhances neurological development and aids in healthy digestion and weight gain. 🙌🏻

You can’t tell but this kiddo was really enjoying his massage! When you come in for a massage appointment for your child you are encouraged to stay in the room during the session. It’s important for your child (and you!) to feel comfortable and safe at all times. You’ll hear me try to maintain a steady conversation with your child to keep them engaged, and also just to get to know them better. I put your child in charge of their session, once they tell me they’re done then we stop. So it is typical if we don’t fill the entire time slot set aside. The goal of each session is to get them comfortable and enjoy their time there!
