How do Grow?⁠⁠🦪🦪

We start with a high-quality seeds in a hatchery for 4-6 months⁠⁠
Then we move the oysters to a remote area- Merasheen Bay, in the southeast of Newfoundland for 4-5 years where they can feed on phytoplankton and seaweed, and thrive off the ocean's natural salinity. A high level of salinity!
A natural tumbling process takes place because of the Labrador Sea and the Arctic currents.⁠⁠
Our oysters grow using the system (cages on long lines) that hover over or beneath the water surface. ⁠⁠
