Sunscreen should be worn every day, all year long.✅

Don't skip on wearing your sunscreen even when you're spending the day indoors. UVB rays are blocked by glass but UVA rays are not.

Drink plenty of water!🚰☀️

If sunny days are also hot and humid, stay cool and hydrated to avoid heat illness. Dehydration (not having enough fluids in your body) is dangerous, and thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration.
