One of our valued partners specializes in kitchens - bulthaup. An important characteristic here is simplicity and focus on the essentials. The bulthaup b1 kitchens are the perfect example of this. Many things in life can be made easier and better through intelligent minimization. bulthaup b1 follows this principle with its purist, ergonomic design.

Prototype - when we look back on 2013, we look with pride at our first Helix house in Füllinsdorf. Large, open spaces enclose an inner core, the customer can configure everything themselves freely - such a wonderful house.

Today we would like to present another product by Zazzeri, which we would also recommend again and again for an elegant and modern design.

The Z316 Built-in thermostatic shower set with horizontal tubular revolving showerhead and hand shower perfects every bathroom.

Another exciting project we look back on with pleasure is Steinweg with 4 detached houses in Münchenstein. You can also call it a home in the green with a view.
190 m² of living space is divided into 5.5 rooms and three wet rooms. The houses are built according to our HELIX system: Around a core, the entire house opens up organically with large, open spaces that you can configure yourself. With the HELIX system, we work with you to develop customized solutions that optimally meet your needs.

For our prestige projects, we develop 3D apartment configurator apps that allow you to virtually explore all apartments before moving in.

Let us introduce another product to make your bathroom look even more beautiful.
We would always go back to Mutina's Pico line. A wall and floor covering made of porcelain stoneware by designer Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec can give your bathroom a touch of the ocean and a noble design at the same time.

Let us introduce you to one of our past projects. The semi-detached house Spitzackerstrasse in Bottmingen, which is a real eye-catcher with its stunning architecture and 340 square metres of living space.

The building is being constructed in an intelligent hybrid design with a steel/concrete load-bearing structure and a sustainable timber outer shell.

A very modern but also timeless design, and fully made of steel - the Z316 Rubinetterie by Zazzeri.

You can't go wrong with this type of tap to be prepared for your home. Zazzeri shows the three-hole and one-hole versions and the accessories line. The new one-hole tap is proposed in the classic form with a curved neck, made in different heights, with lateral and symmetrical hand levers and is available for washbasins, bides and kitchen sinks with a rotating neck.

At making spaces you can choose from a range of products specially pre-selected by our architects.
Our customers can only choose from these limited options and features. Because sometimes less is more. Especially when the options are of the highest quality.

Do you like unique architecture and a great recognition value? One of our last projects, the Helix single-family homes on Spitzackerstrasse in Bottmingen, really leaves nothing to be desired. A modular floor plan system offers customers great flexibility. The buildings are given a specific quality by the flowing rooms, the split level, the generous glazing and the selected materials.

The scaffolding of the first house at our Münchenstein site has been removed and the building reveals its freshly plastered façade to the world. It will soon be ready to be occupied by our valued clients. 🎉
