Part 2: Unsere Darmflora

Warum ist unsere Darmflora so wichtig für unsere Gesundheit?

In unserer Darmflora leben naturgemäß gute und schlechte Darmbakterien. Diese müssten in eine Gleichgewicht sein. Die guten Bakterien haben die Aufgabe kurzzeitige Fettsäuren zu bilden. Diese kurzzeitigen Fettsäuren verlassen unseren Darm, gehen um unser Gewebe und regulieren Entzündungen und verbessern unsere Hautbarriere. Gleichzeitig sind die guten Bakterien mitverantwortlich , dass wir wertvolle Mikronährstoffe und Vitamine in den Körper aufnehmen.
Die schlechten Bakterien bilden die sog. Endotoxine. Diese können im gesamten Körper stille Entzündungen hervorrufen. Wenn wir diese loswerden wollen, müssen wir diese aushungern! Das machen wir dadurch, dass wir ihnen keine Nahrung mehr geben!

Das heißt keine:
- hochverarbeiteten Lebensmittel
- Fast Food
- Zucker (nimm stattdessen Datteln!)
- Palmfett
- Transfette
- Süßstoffe

Part 5: Latest studies:

SPORTS🏋️‍♀️🏋️🏋️‍♂️:

A recent study from Japan has shown that weight training maximises the elasticity of the skin!

Brief information about the study:

One group did endurance sports for 16 weeks.
The other group did weight training for 16 weeks.
In the group that did endurance sports, the elasticity of the skin and the structure of the upper dermis improved and the skin became finer as a result. The inflammation values also decreased, etc. In the weight training group, however, all this improved AND the skin also became thicker! Young people have thick skin, which is exactly what we want. Thick skin conceals irregularities and ensures that we don't have wrinkles under our eyes when we laugh.

With weight training we can get thick skin and it's only 16 weeks!!!

ALMONDS🫘🥜🌰

People who eat almonds regularly (i.e. daily) have significantly fewer wrinkles and a better complexion!

Brief info on both studies:
Two groups were compared. One group ate 400kcal of almonds every day, the other group was given a snack with the same number of calories. The people being treated did not know which of them had been given almonds and which the snack. After 16 weeks, it became clear that the group that was given almonds daily had significantly fewer wrinkles and better skin!

So a quick reminder to you: Take care of your gut flora! "Man is what he eats" by the German philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach (1804-1872), which is a pedant to the Asian wisdom that nutrition is the basis of health!

Lemon with lemon peel🍋🍋🍋

Lemon peel contains valuable bitter substances for our intestinal flora and liver. An experimental study was able to show that the polyphenols in lemon peel reduced oxidative stress in the skin, which was previously caused by sun exposure.

Eine neue Studie hat gezeigt:

Damit wir noch gesünder und noch schöner werden:

KAROTTEN🥕🥕🥕

Eine Meta-Analyse, d.h. eine übergeordnete Analyse von 80 prospektiven Kohortenstudien mit über 52.000 Krebsfällen hat gezeigt, dass Karotten 5x die Woche konsumiert unser relatives Krebsrisiko um 20% senken kann. Das wird von Autoren der Studie empfohlen (Minimum 100g Karotten am Tag).

Dabei ist übrigens nicht das Beta-Carotin entscheidend, sondern das Alpha-Carotin!
Dazu noch die sekundären Pflanzenstoffe.

(Der Alterungsprozess kann natürlich nicht aufgehalten werden, aber verlangsamt werden durch die richtige Ernährung --> solltet ihr an diese Thema Interesse haben, liste ich euch diese Studien und Forschungsergebnisse gerne auch auf --> schreibt es in die Kommentare!)
