Whether you’re a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

We are offering two outdoor yoga classes for these lovely end of summer days. Let make the most of it!
Wednesdays 18.00 - 19.00 and Saturdays 10.00 to 11.00.

Current installation „Loss and Grief“ by Lika Nüssli
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lika Nüssli is a researcher and storyteller: with delicate and profound narratives, the artist provides insights into the wide world of emotions, thematising the human condition, relationships, political events and the position of women.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Since 2013, works with textiles have increasingly appeared in Lika Nüssli’s oeuvre. By using recycled materials, the artist not only takes on used sheets, tablecloths, handkerchiefs or curtains, but also the stories hidden within them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The work is called ‘Loss and Grief’. It may perhaps stand for everything that lies beneath the apparent pain. For what is hidden, forgotten and perhaps carried underneath. Grief is adaptive, tears have transformative power. They irrigate and allow new things to sprout.

Lika Nüssli’s stories can also be found in numerous publications. She was honoured with the Best Swiss Comic Album award and the BAK Swiss Literature Prize, among others.
