Temporal Variation w/ Gioski & POSIIR - Lausanne

GIOSKI, a multi-talented DJ and producer based in
Lausanne, pushes the techno scene forward through her
residencies at Le Zoo-Usine in Geneva and her cofounding
of the Club François event series. After delivering remarkable
performances at major Swiss clubs, such as Motel Campo,
La Gravière, and Exil, in addition to prestigious international
events like the Montreux Jazz Festival, GIOSKI has firmly
established herself. Her relentless curiosity fuels a unique
musical odyssey, as she fearlessly explores sounds from
different eras and genres.
With expert finesse, she weaves these elements into
a mesmerizing universe of dance music, all united by
her distinct techno essence. GIOSKI effortlessly guides
listeners through a dynamic spectrum, transitioning from
moments of minimalistic dissonance to enchanting
melodies that evoke a myriad of emotions. Prepare to be
captivated by her transformative sound!

POSIIR, un artiste techno suisse et membre du collectif Nachtfalter, est reconnu pour sa capacité à créer une atmosphère immersive dans les clubs grâce à ses
rythmes hypnotiques et syncopés.
Sa profonde compréhension des nuances sonores
lui permet de captiver les foules et de les transporter
dans un voyage sonore fascinant. Toujours en quête
de nouvelles découvertes musicales, POSIIR explore
continuellement de nouveaux horizons, repoussant les
limites de la créativité.
En tant que membre du collectif Nachtfalter, POSIIR joue
un rôle actif dans la programmation des événements.
Pour lui, la promotion de la musique techno va au-delà
de ses propres performances. Il croit fermement en
l’importance de créer des espaces où les passionnés
peuvent se rassembler pour partager leur amour de
la musique électronique.

Episode 04 : From Rwanda with Tenderness

La diasporaaaa rwandaise, selon des estimations, c’est 8000 à 10 000 personnes en Suisse. Souvent regroupée dans des catégories plus larges, comme « originaires d’Afrique subsaharienne », il n'existe pas de statistiques précises et mises à jour régulièrement.

Les relations entre la Suisse et le Rwanda sont complexes et remontent aux années 1960, notamment à travers une coopération bilatérale motivée par des intérêts géopolitiques du côté suisse. L'immigration rwandaise en Suisse débute également à cette époque avec l'arrivée de populations estudiantines, ainsi que de travailleuses et travailleurs. L’immigration connaît une forte augmentation après le génocide de 1994, qui conduit de nombreux Rwandaises et Rwandais à chercher refuge en Suisse. Malgré les défis d'intégration, la diasporaaaa rwandaise a activement contribué à la reconstruction du Rwanda et à la promotion du dialogue interculturel. Aujourd'hui, cette communauté continue de se développer, marquée par son histoire, mais tournée vers l'avenir.

To further explore the mind, Myalo started MNEMOSYNE, both a label and a memory driven mix series of “sound collages”, where artists can musically describe themselves with all kinds of sound data and influences.

Joel Gilardini is an experimental guitarist, sound designer and composer, based in Zurich area. As a musician, he’s known for his live ambient duties as an opening act for Nik Bärtsch’s Ronin in Zurich’s clubs, besides being the mastermind of the experimental-doom-sludge project The Land Of The Snow and member of the noise-industrial combos Mulo Muto (with Attila Folklor/CH) and Psychic Drones (with Kazuyuki Kishino/JP). Furthermore, Joel works as a soundtrack composer and sound designer for film, theater, dance performances, and game audio.

DJ STURM & plastic data are underground DJs and producers from Aarau, part of the DJ music label and art collective "Polymer." Known for their diverse sets, ranging from ambient electronica and to industrial sounds, they blend these genres into unique soundscapes in their productions and performances. They also organize raves, bringing their energetic live sets and innovative productions to underground venues.

His latest sound installation gathers live data to create ethereal melodies, pushing the boundaries of traditional electronic music. Living Code also carries on his mix series transcendence on Fritto FM and participates in shows on Rocket Radio, a point of reference in his hometown Verona.

Sakura plays techno sucré that seeks for a hard vibe, gliding through different styles. Her genrefluid mixes are characterized by an emotional, sometimes sad feel that may turn into an euphoric fly. Both, raves and dance contain the transcendent and paranormal that are so important to her.
Sakura is the organizer of Fleur de Lune, resident DJ at Gaskessel Bern and part of the Nebula party series at Kapitel. She is also part of the gabber-hyperpop-hardcore-experimental collective Ace of Space.
She has played in Bern, Zürich, Lausanne, Germany, Geneva and in France.

Lisa Hill is a Berlin bred, Zürich based DJ, fueled by her love of lush synths, rolling basslines, danceable rhythms and adventurous blends of classic and contemporary house music. Originally a dancer, Lisa first began experimenting with DJing and music production when dance studios and clubs were put on pause during the pandemic. Recent gigs include Ambach Festival, MELT Festival, Neubad Luzern, HIVE and Kauz Club Zürich as well as her residency at Radio 3fach.
