Fancy a Sour pour? 😋
Back when the Les Trois Dames brewery very sadly had to drop the curtain on its operations, we managed to get a hold of incredible bottles from their final brews !! 🍾🍻
Needless to say, these get better with age and we are super happy to offer them at LA TAPROOM in very limited quantities 😉

Behold the collection:

🌿" Sacré Sauge" : This beer is an adaptation of a Flanders Red with an addition of a small amount of sage. It was fermented and aged in oak for 11 months.

🍒 "Dark Cherry Jalapeño" : inspired by cherry jam, this beer was bewed with cherries before it was barrel aged for 10 months in our cellar. Then we added the jalapenos

🧡"Grande Dame" : The Unorthodox and intricate, Grande Dame is the result of the marriage between mature barrelaged Oud Bruin and fermented apricots from the Valis region of Switzerland. The result is dark sour, and deliciously fruity.

🛢"Grande Dame St-Emilion" : The Unorthodox and intricate. Grande Dame is the resut of the marriage between mature barrel aged Oud Bruin and fermented apricots from the Valis region of Switzerland. The result is dark, sour, and deliciously fruity.

🍷 "Dark Sauvageonne" : Lambic inspired Ale. 3 year old blend of Sour Dark Ale. Solera aging in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. Full of wild yeast and Brettanomyces. Sauvageonne in French means «the wild one

This weekend is the Geneva marathon and at La Taproom we had an idea... why not launch our own beer marathon!! 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

So come participate in our first edition of the Barathon de la taproom 🫵🍻🍻

**The rules are simple**

🖐 the race is composed of 5 beers 33cl 🍺 (from alcohol-free, through pale ale, ipa to finish on an amber)

The goal : finish the race !! 😁 (at your own pace of course, it's a race and not a sprint)

Once the race is over you have the right to draw from the jar, and you win your gift!!🏆🏆
