The bachelor [inter]action is pleased to extend Olivier Marboeuf's invitation by the Work.Master, in the framework of the seminar “Anti-/Post-/Dé-/colonial : une conversation en cours”, to propose a public reading of the poem-manifesto "Bleu Pays", published in "Les matières de la nuit", poetic shadow of his essay "Suites décoloniales". The reading by the students will be followed by a conversation with Olivier Marboeuf, where it might be about mouths and noise, de-speaking voices, rage and infrabasses, and about a poetic writing that seeks a path in the decays to build its scene of enunciation: how and where to start talking?

Olivier Marboeuf is a storyteller, curator and film producer from Guadeloupe. He currently shares his work between speculative writings, drawing and film production within Spectre Productions. He recently published the essay “Suites Décoloniales: s’enfuir de la plantation” and the poetry book “Les Matières de la Nuit”, both published by éditions de Commun.

Tomorrow Saturday 21st of January is HEAD’s annual Portes Ouvertes - which means we will be present at school (Batiment A, Route des Franchises 2) and there will be plenty of students around and art works to see. Come by for a coffee, crêpe and a chat! 💋

Cory Scozzari is a curator and artist. He is founder of Cordova, a curatorial project initiated in Vienna, currently based in Barcelona. He was a founding member of the exhibition space Jupiter Woods in London. 🎀🎀 🎀🎀

🥳 This week we welcome Chris Korda in the Work.Master!! 🥳 Chris Korda is an American activist, techno musician, software developer, and the leader of the Church of Euthanasia - Chris will open a show at Circuit in Lausanne on Dec 9th and we are very lucky to meet her this week for an Artist Talk and also for RDV meetings. Students can still sign up for RDV with Chris this Wednesday and Thursday!!!

Sidsel Meineche Hansen is a visual artist whose work amongst others explores virtual and robotic bodies and their relationships to human labour within the gaming, pornographic and tech-industries.

7 December: Chris Korda
